| Early in March W. Bro. Geoffrey Lee, GJD and RW Bro Peter Connolly flew to the Isle of Man. This was to witness and support the Installation of W. Bro. Martin Blackburn as District Inspector for the Mark degree on the island. | |
| The Installation ceremony was carried out by M.W. Bro Benjamin Addy, the Pro Grand Master, in fine form, the PGM of Cumberland And Westmorland brought his province's greetings: as did Bo Peter Connolly for West Lancs. | |

| Bro. Martin is also the Craft Sec for the island and will be present at our Provincial Meeting in May at Southport. |
